Do you charge sales tax?
Perfumeshop.com is a California-based company. State law requires us to collect sales tax of 8.75% on all orders shipped within California. All orders outside of California are exempt from sales tax. If you are ordering outside of California and sales tax appears on your order, please change the "Shipping" destination on the shopping cart before you submit your order.

How do I place an order?
To purchase an item online, simply click the "order" button to the right of the item. When you have finished adding all items to your order, click "View Order” (located in the top section of every page of our site). Make any necessary adjustments to your order by the "Update Quantities” button. You can now proceed to our “Check Out” page. To ensure prompt order processing, please fill out ALL required information. To finalize the order, click the “Submit Order” button. An order confirmation will be given to you and we recommend you print this page for your records. Please note that your billing address MUST be exactly the same as the billing address for your credit card. Orders without valid address verification may be delayed for further verification with your credit card bank. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not meet bank verification standards.

To find an item on our site, simply type in the name of the item that you're looking for in the search box or with the alphabet listing.

What are my payment methods choices?

PayPal is another form of electronic payment using your email address to securely and conveniently send and receive payments online. What are my shipping methods choices?
Ground delivery is our standard shipping method in the United States. Your order will be processed and shipped from our fulfillment center in California and will normally arrive within 2 - 8 business days. Our preferred carriers are UPS and the United States Postal Service.

Special Offer: Free Shipping on U.S. orders of $100 or more.

Express delivery service is available for an additional fee for in-stock items only. Orders must be received by 2:00 pm PST Monday-Friday. Please note that Express delivery will arrive on business days only.

Some Things You Should Know:
  • Shipping Cost is non-refundable for unclaimed, undeliverable or returned packages, unless we made a mistake.
  • Signature Requirements may be necessary for delivery to an Apartment, Unit or condominium.
  • Address Corrections made by our carrier will result in $10.00 charge.
  • Please visit www.ups.com or call UPS Toll Free 800-742-5877 to check availability.
  • Holiday Ordering - We highly suggest that you place your order at least 7-10 days before any major holiday to allow enough time for delivery.
