will price match our competitor's prices pending it meets the following

Please note that our special offers including gift with purchase or free
shipping over $40 will not apply with price matched orders.
Do you charge sales tax?
Perfumeshop.com is a California-based company. State law requires us to
collect sales tax of 7.75% on all orders shipped within California. All
orders outside of California are exempt from sales tax. If you are
ordering outside of California and sales tax appears on your order, please
change the "Shipping" destination on the shopping cart before you submit
your order.
What are my shipping methods choices?
How do I place an order?
To purchase an item online, simply click the "order" button to the right
of the item. When you have finished adding all items to your order, click
"View Order” (located in the top section of every page of our site). Make
any necessary adjustments to your order by the "Update Quantities” button.
You can now proceed to our “Check Out” page. To ensure prompt order
processing, please fill out ALL required information. To finalize the
order, click the “Submit Order” button. An order confirmation will be
given to you and we recommend you print this page for your records. Please
note that your billing address MUST be exactly the same as the billing
address for your credit card. Orders without valid address verification
may be delayed for further verification with your credit card bank. We
reserve the right to cancel any order that does not meet bank verification
standards.
How do I find an item on your site?
To find an item on our site, simply type in the name of the item that
you're looking for in the search box or with the alphabet listing.
What are my payment methods choices?
We honor the following major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American
Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club. We also accept money order, cashiers
check (Sorry no personal check) and Paypal. Please Make Cashier's Check or

PayPal is another form of electronic payment using your email address to
securely and conveniently send and receive payments online. You must have
a PayPal account set up prior to using this method of payment. To set up
an account with PayPal please visit
www.paypal.com. It is easy and free to
set up a PayPal account.

What are my
shipping methods choices?
Ground delivery is our standard shipping method in the United States. Your
order will be processed and shipped from our fulfillment center in
California and will normally arrive within 2 - 8 business days. Our
preferred carriers are UPS and the United States Postal Service.
Special Offer: Free Shipping on U.S. orders of $100 or more.
Express delivery service is available for an additional fee for in-stock
items only. Orders must be received by 2:00 pm PST Monday-Friday. Please
note that Express delivery will arrive on business days only.
Some Things You Should Know:

Shipping Cost is non-refundable for unclaimed, undeliverable or returned
packages, unless we made a mistake.

Signature Requirements may be necessary for delivery to an Apartment, Unit
or condominium.

Address Corrections made by our carrier will result in $10.00 charge.

Saturday Delivery (where available) add $10.00 to Next Day Air Shipping

check availability.

Holiday Ordering - We highly suggest that you place your order at least
7-10 days before any major holiday to allow enough time for delivery.
We have temporarily
suspended Air shipments of alcohol-based products including perfumes
and aerosol spray cans. Please select Ground shipping method for
these products. We regret any inconvenience this may cause at this
